Return Window

Pethealthscience offers a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items returned after 90 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Costs

Damaged or defective product: If you receive a faulty item, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

No hidden fees: We do not charge any additional administrative fees for handling returns.

How to Return a Product

Email us at help@pethealthscience.com, including your order number and the reason for your return.

We will send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Prepare the package: the item must be unused, in its original condition, with its packaging and all accessories included.

Product Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 90 days of delivery, provided the product:

  • Has not been used
  • Is not damaged
  • Is returned in its original condition

Contact us by email with your order number and the variant you wish to exchange for. We will guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Defective product: If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos. In this case, we cover all costs and will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect item: If you received the wrong item, inform us as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping and send the correct product at no additional cost.

Lost order: If your order is lost during transit, we will open an investigation with DHL. You will receive either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be sealed and unopened

  • Returns must be submitted within the 30-day window

  • Customers cover the return shipping cost

  • Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem — just email us at help@pethealthscience.com as soon as possible using the same email you used at checkout.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund right away.

  • If it has already shipped, you may return the item once it arrives by following our return instructions above.

Refund Policy

We gladly offer refunds under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as long as:

  • Your request is submitted within 90 days of delivery

  • For damaged or defective items, photo/video evidence is provided

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is received and approved.
