Ship my order. Got email 9/6 that "order out for delivery" coming from Lewisvilke, TX that is 4.5 hrs from me, so since 9/7 was Labor Day I figured I would get Tuesday or Wednesday. I placed 2 down upon arrival, and fortunately I had my normal puppy pads under and beside the new pads, and neither of my dogs would pee on them. They peed on the old puppy pads around the new ones. What is the secret to getting them to use the new pads and not the old thin ones?

THis pad is a joke. My dog will just walk right past it or lay down on it. I have even sprayed it with an enhancer and he still won't pee on it. I can't get a refund because we were out of town and my son picked it up from the mail and throw away the package I would need to return it. You sure won't get good reviews from me.
My dog won't use them and I've had them for over a week and when I looked into your return and refund policy I have to pay the order of shipping which probably would be 25 $30 how far is that for a customer that can't use your product. I would not recommend your product only because you don't stand by your returns.
